Luca Farinotti (1972) is the author of #mondoristorante (Edizioni Clandestine, 2018), an essay on the role of Italian food service in the twenty-first century, awarded at the Bancarella della Cucina Prize 2019.

Food storytelling teacher, rector of the International Academy of Italian Culture from 2021 to 2022, Farinotti wrote for Gazzetta di Parma, Times of Malta, La Madia Travelfood, Avvenire, La Repubblica, ParmaDaily and was a testimonial for UNESCO Parma City of Gastronomy.

As an entrepreneur, he created several successful brands for the restaurant industry, including Mentana 104, Bread Parma, Busky.

Born in 1968, she has a degree in marketing and speaks four languages. She was responsible for the foreign market for various Italian companies.

AIS professional sommelier, entrepreneur in catering and specialized in repositioning interventions, also has numerous consultancy and temporary management experiences in the food field.

An experienced sailor trained at the prestigious Caprera school, she is captain of Blue, the Make Me Italy sailing boat for experiences and team building at seaside.

TOUR MANAGER & EXPERIENCE CREATOR

Andrea Pisanu (1982) as a professional football player, played for Cagliari, Hellas Verona, Parma, Bologna, Montreal Impact and the Italy’s Under 21 national football team.

Nicknamed “Il Colto Maltese”, he graduated UEFA Manager Pro with a thesis on the functions and skills of the modern manager coach. He coached Sliema Wanderers and, then, Hibernians with whom he made his debut in the UEFA Champions League.

Qualified in management, he holds team building training and conferences throughout Italy, as well as master classes on sports and business leadership.

Madly passionate about food and wine, he began to be specifically interested in gastronomic heritages, virtuous production and contamination of territories. Andrea plays the role of scouting for makemeitaly.it, traveling around Italy with the delicate mission of evaluating and nominating companies and people to join the network.

He is also a testimonial and guide of our immersive experiences.

Born in 1975, he studied at the Liceo Classico in Sannio and graduated with honors in Advertising Techniques at the Stranieri University in Perugia.
He was the project manager of the communication agency Ahab Med, directed the publishing house Natan Edizioni and was investigative journalist for the Sannio Quotidiano.
He took care of the press office of Transparency Commission of the Campania Region and was the head of the press office of the regional federation of Coldiretti.

Today he is a business consultant, specialized in business communication for food and green, he collaborates with the Gazzetta di Parma and takes care of the communication and the press office of the Consortium for the protection of Rucola IGP and he is also (with great pleasure) the responsible director for Make Me Italy.
